This business is my baby and has been my absolute passion since I first registered the name back in 2020.

I wasn't always on a straight path to becoming a cake designer but my very first job was in a bakery, so you'd think the universe was telling me something. In high school I was one of the top students in my hospitality class...but like any teenager, I wanted a cool job so I went to university at a music college to become an event manager.

Fast forward through many random career paths until we stop at Covid appearing, while I was working as a full time travel agent. Naturally that ended everything right there and I had to make some major life decisions.

After putting alot of time and thought into what I wanted to do with my life, I enrolled in a year-long Patisserie course, and the rest is history.

Regardless of the job itself, I have always worked in customer service-related roles, which is why I believe I always strive to provide excellent service to my clients.

In the beginning of The Bumble Bakery, I spent countless hours testing recipes and honing my skills, to get me to where I am today.

Specialising in wedding cakes was not the original intent of my direction, however I absolutely love where the business has taken me so far, and I can't wait to see what the future holds.
